Welcome to William Larson Photography. At 40 years old, I think I finally found what I want to be when I grow up! I have meandered my way through professional sales and service positions for well over a decade without a real direction or passion, but I have always had a love of lighting, the moods it creates, and how certain lighting, angles, landscapes, and details can paint a picture and tell a story with a single image. As an avid NH hiker, I love landscape shots of all kinds - mountains, oceans, lakes, sunrises, and sunsets, but I also love the creative outlet that comes with portrait and still shots. Creating a scene that captures a person's passions, interests, and spirit is the goal with my portrait photography. As a life-long lover of sports, incorporating sports-themed shots into my portfolio is so much fun, and I am always excited to take photos centered around any hobbies and personal interests.

My home studio is based out of Rochester, NH where I live with my wife, 3 children and rescue dog. I am fortunate to have a garage with an addition that has transformed nicely into a studio. Having 3 kids with varied interests that do not mind modeling for me doesn't hurt either.
